Pastor John Jr. & Julie Sorrentino

Pastor John Jr. grew up “in the faith,” but rode a rollercoaster in his walk throughout his younger years. In 1995, going a very different direction, his father asked him to “help out” as NCT was going through a very tough time. Coming on staff as the youth pastor and church administrator, he and his “dream team” leadership grew the youth ministry up to 200+ young people per week. After 10 years of youth ministry and the birth of his son Giovanni, he battled through a difficult period and ultimately a divorce. After a time of healing, Jesus restored him, and blessed him with his beautiful wife Julie. From a young girl, Pastor Julie and her family, attended New Covenant. Pastor Julie’s anointed voice and sweet spirit gives God glory every service as part of NCT worship.  Now, together, they lead the Wednesday night services and diligently pursue the BIG plans that God has to continue the move of His Spirit at New Covenant.
